Priogen was founded in 2009 as an electricity trading and optimisation company with an in-depth focus on European spot markets. Our market and optimization decisions are based on a technology and data driven approach with our in-depth meteorological analysis as a core component in Priogen’s total value chain. The ongoing energy transition with an increase in decentralized renewable generation requires the transparent pricing of flexibility, such as (I) the balancing cost of variability in renewable production, (II) the pricing of demand response opportunities, (III) the pricing of E-storage or E-mobility.

Electricity trading and asset optimization

What we are looking for:
Re-insurance of power offtake agreements in wind and solar or power offtake possibilities in the project development phase. Flexibility projects in a broader sense, e.g. E-storage, demand response or ancillary services on RES.


What we offer:
Priogen's integrated approach, valuates and operates renewable generation portfolios, by utilising it's proprietary €/MWh distribution forecast. Priogen combines detailed renewable output forecast with a market price impact analysis. These skills enable us to be active in trade activities, pricing and operating power offtake agreements on wind and solar, but also be active in the broader flexibility market like pricing and operating E-storage, demand response, virtual power plants and/or ancillary services on RES.
