Zensor is offering bespoke, end-to-end integrity monitoring solutions for on- and offshore wind infrastructure. Our offering spans from sensor selection and engineering of the setups over installation and commissioning towards data analysis and reporting. Based on the data acquired we provide guidelines regarding lifetime extension, design validation and maintenance planning and optimization (condition-based maintenance). As such we are the one-stop-shop for long-term infrastructure management.

What we offer:
Zensor is offering full and integrated, sensor-based monitoring solutions for the long-term follow-up of the integrity of offshore wind support structures. This includes engineering, sensor selection, installation, commissioning, data transfer and storage and continues with a long-term follow-up through reporting and profound analysis. Based on the analysed data Zensor supports the customers in maintenance (O&M) optimisation, lifetime extension, incident analysis, design validation...
Aspects targeted are: corrosion, fatigue, strains, stiffness, cathodic protection, cables, grout integrity, scour...
